Updated Curriculum Vitae (May 2, 2008)Just a quick note to inform you I have updated my CV to reflect my current graduated engineer status and include all my latest professional experience and skills
Graduation Day! (March 14, 2008)Finally, today has come! The Day, with a capital D! Why am I pretty much excited about it ?
Because this day is officially marking the end of my student life: I will attend the Graduation Ceremony of my engineering school (Télécom INT) and have in hands my diploma!
Of course, in France, I do not expect the big university ceremony that I saw in Hong-Kong or in many american movies, but still, I hope I will see again
people I met in my school and I lost contact with, and that I will keep a good memory of that moment.

Photos will come tomorrow!
Can words define us? (February 28, 2008)I don’t like categorizing someone just with a few words, I find it so much disrespectful and unpersonnal.
I think it’s impossible to judge someone at the first glance, and even though you know people for years you are still surprised by their character and behaviour.
However, on the Internet, this is totally another story: people have integrated “tags” (aka small words) to categorize and describe anything and everything.
Well, while I was doing some research and staying updated on the latest technology & web 2.0 news, I found that Quintura (a new kind of search engine), which shows you offering a widget that showed the tags cloud related to any search you make.
So I played with it a bit and searched for my name: “borget sebastien“:
And in reverse order (funny thing, it gave slightly different results): “sebastien borget“:
This gives some interesting information on all tags associated with my activity on the web, and how people can find my website by googling (or using Quintura ^^)
However, to the question: “Am I only defined by these small words ?“, I reply that obviously not, this is not me, this is just the way you find me on the Internet
Back from London! (January 24, 2008)I am back from London, which is really a great city with many many places to see: museums, monuments, pubs, …
If you want to spend a nice week-end, I really advice you to go there. It’s a bit more expansive than Paris, but life is good, city is animated almost all day, people are … “british” :p
You can find the pics of all places I visited here:
Next place I want to go to: Germany !
